Free flat rate shipping from USPS is available for all domestic orders. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping to Canada or UK at this time. We hope to continue to add more countries to our distribution in the coming months. If you live outside the U.S., Canada or U.K. or have questions about shipping, please contact us at hello@liviloulaine.com.

We want you to love your Livi Lou Laine bra and insert set but if it’s not working out as you had hoped, please email us and we will be happy to exchange it for a different size or offer a full refund. Our email for returns and exchanges is hello@liviloulaine.com.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days with the original tags attached.
